In the forces nudity initiations are the norm. When officers are initiated to their new stations they have the station stamp imprinted on their butt.
For female officers it is predictably much more interesting. They are brought to the packed office by their female colleagues. The girl has been prewarned to wear sexy underwear as the ceremony is common knowledge and they know what is expected. They are asked to take off their uniform skirt and jacket,they are expected to have stockings on. They are then asked to remove their panties for the stamp, refusal is not an option as they have been warned by the rest of the girls who have beed through it.
After the stamp they are encouraged to show the stamp to everyone then turn to face the crowd. Usually the cheering gets the new girl to remove her blouse to reveal her sexy bra. Next she is encouraged to take her bra off "for the boys". Often she is not allowed from the room until the stocking have been removed and she walks round naked.
It's a trust thing, she needs to trust everyone and in a tight community there are no secrets.
If there was any refusal her colleagues will help her out of her clothes and even "punish" her with her set of handcuffs or light bondage with her stockings.
No shaving as most are "braziled" as part of the preparation procedures.
