After first week in underwear factory in the Midlands. By the end of the first week she should be able to make the top three designs of bra and pants. The initiation was well known locally and consisted of new girl being collected from machine and placed in large laundry type basket standing up.
By this point most of the women were involved and she would be wheeled around the factory and slowly and methodically her overall would be "unpopped" her hands were held firmly by her collegues so she would be pretty well helpless. By the time she reached the canteen she would as near naked as made no difference as the finishing touches would be put right there and then.
Now totally naked she would have to streak back to her machine and make a bra and pair of panties for "inspection".
Once the supervisors were happy with the quality of her work she would be allowed to get dressed in her overall again. Save to say the the usual form was that the first few sets were "unfit" and taken off her again until they reckoned she had been initiated enough.
The crew there also celebrated birthdays and weddings much the same as the nurses on this site do. The girls would inevitabely end up naked running trying to escape further deeds which ranged from tied spreadeagled to the wall when people could write friendly messages with felt tip pen to tied to a chair in the canteen for the day. Never went in for shaving but a few got a bucket of water alright.
If you were getting married you made sure someone was outside in a car to collect you because you definately be going home naked well maybe a veil if there was anything to make it with.
This was female only factory with one male employee who did not get involved but when he was going to get married we caught him on his way to the stag night. The plan was to dress him in a specially made thong however he got excited so a couple helped him out with a rubber glove and baby oil if you know what I mean,and put his trousers etc them sent him on his way. His pals I think were slightly jealous when they stripped him again and he had to explain his underwear.
