Initiation story from Bus Company. When a female was initiated into the company after her first week of wind ups she was dragged to a double decked bus by the girls.
Once on the bus a driver would drive it round the town as she was stripped naked on the top deck and told what to do to pass the test.
When the bus arrived back at the depot it was driven to the mechanics section then the rest of the girls would leave the bus waving her clothes to the awaiting crowd. The new employee would then have to leave the bus and run the gauntlet of mechanics all desperate to leave oily handmarks on her body. They had a clean boiler suit at the end of the line which they helped her into. Those that went willingly were treated with some respect, however those that remained on the bus suffered when the boys made sure that no part of her went unmarked and she would be eventually carried from the bus and have to make her way the full length of the depot naked.
Most girls knew what the initiation was about and took it in good fun.
