My story is from a nightclub in Rotherham. When any new girls starts the other girls wind her up about what is going to happen at the end of the evening when the staff sit down for a drink. Being the new girk she is expected to pour all the drinks and serve them to the guys.
The rest of the girls tease her abd tell her that she has to bring the drinks over topless or else the girls will strip her and she will only get her clothes back once the drinks are finished and glasses washed.
Most girls take the topless option but to date nobody has been stripped naked as an initiation. It's felt if they are not comfortable topless then there is a risk stripping them.
Girls are stripped naked however when they leave or are getting married. Sometimes they are stripped bottomless on their birthday for the bumps.
Otherwise pretty normal.
