USA Student Nurse Demonstation by Phil Marlowe

First some background, this took place in 1972 (I know that ages me a bit) and it took place at a then small university that was beginning to build a medical centre. This is in the USA where nursing school is much more like a regular college education with some hand-on time. As part of my work-study program (part-time job to help pay for college), I worked in the Media Support Staff for the fledgling medical centre. This place used the most advanced videotape equipment on campus, something brand new called VHS cassettes. Every classroom in the medical centre was set up to record every lecture. Every examination room was also set up for recording but took a few more steps to get a recording. All of the lecture videos were stored in a video library for the students to review in their 'free' time. We had to keep the video library open for them from 8AM to Midnight, and I did three of the evening shifts every week. These evening shifts included setting up recording of the 'special' examinations, the ones that required some amount of privacy because during the day, too many people could see into the normal examination rooms.


The object of most of the examinations done here were done on students, mostly all of the athletic teams. The male teams were used most often because there were more male athelete than female ones. There were some procedures and examines that were very 'special'. For these recordings, an instructor watched as I set up the recorders and connected the cameras. They would check the monitor to make sure the cameras were pointed at the right places, then they would place some tape across the tape deck, turn off the monitors, escort me from the control room and take my key to lock the control room. After the session, the instructor would unlock the control room, check the tape on the face of the tape deck to make sure it had not been tampered, remove the tapes and sign a receipt for them before returning my keys. These special tapes were used only with the instructors or Doctors authorization.


Early in the fall semester, I noticed a very cute redhead watching some of the videos by herself, I introduced myself and offered something to drink. We were dating quite soon after that. She showed up for one of the special examinations one Thursday night. On our date on Friday, I found out she had been the subject of a pubic shave and gynaecological examination that was performed by a dozen fellow nursing students. Every first year nursing student had to submit to some sort of special examination during the year. But by April there was one student who always had an excuse for missing her special examination.


The redhead came to ask me to help set up a special recording session, an overhead camera, a tripod mounted camera and a hand-held camera. This needed to be done in the studio next to the control room rather than one of the regular examination rooms. She asked if it could be done without any records. I agreed and during the set-up, the instructor brought in her own videotapes rather than use ours and have to give me a receipt for them. She thanked me for this special session since I was violating several policies.


This session was one were the offending student wasn't scheduled to be the subject, but she was grabbed as soon as she entered the studio. That was the last I saw of her that night. The redhead later gave me some (repeat some) of the details of the session and follow-ups that the offender had been scheduled for a special examination EVERY week for the rest of the year.


The students wrestled the offender to the examination table and tied her onto it while the instructor locked the studio door. The instructor then began lecturing about the need to perform some special examinations and that for the good of the program all students needed to contribute to these procedures. She continued to lecture the offender on her bad behaviour and at intervals instructed some student to remove some article of the offender's clothing. When the offender was wearing just a bra and panties, the lecturing stopped and the instructor stepped to the table and used a scalpel to cut off the offender's bra and panties. The redhead asked me to dispose of them later. The instructor then got every student to perform an abbreviated breast examination. Then the instructor had the students reposition the offender at the end of the table with her legs in the stirrups and tied again. Now a basin of ice cubes and water was brought out and every student got to wash the offender's breasts, crotch and ass with an ice cold wash cloth. Because of the reaction of her nipples to the ice cold water, the instructor asked the students to measure their new size. They used various methods to hold her nipples in place and various implements to measure them. The students used the hand-held camera to get close-ups of the offender's nipples during each measurement.


During the washing, the instructor kept complaining about the offender's poor kept pubic hair. When all the students had finished washing the offender's crotch, a tray of shaving materials and each student got to clip some of the offender's pubes and put them into a plastic bag that the instructor said would be used as an incentive to future classes not to shrug their duty to their classmates. Then shaving cream was sprayed on her and multiple students got a chance to remove some of the offender's stubble. Since there were more students than pubic hair, another dose of shaving cream was applied and the students continued shaving to make sure the offender was as smooth and hairless as when she was born: Baby Smooth.


For the next phase of their revenge, the students untied the offender, stood her up and turned her to bend over the examination table and tied her arms and legs to the table. Now the instructor showed all the students how to lubricate a patient's rectum for various procedures. Every student got the chance to practice on this offender's tail. While the students were lubricating the offender's tail, the instructor was preparing several enema bags at the wash sink. When every thing was ready, the instructor demonstrated how to give a reluctant patient an enema. They had come prepared with a large bucket for additional humiliation for the offender. Afterwards she was returned to being bent over the end of the examination table and several students used more ice water to clean the offender's crotch. The instructor went to the other end of the table and place a bedpan full of paper strips in front of the offender's face. She told the offender that since she as missed out on 4 special examinations so she would have to receive 4 enemas and the instructor pulled three names from the bedpan and announced which lucky students would deliver three more rounds of humiliating enemas, evacuation and ice water clean-up.


After the last enema, the offender was returned to the examination table with her legs up in the stirrups again. My redhead friend said she was very compliant by then and did not resist at all. Now the instructor called everyone to get in close so they could get a good view of the next procedure. She produced a speculum, lectured on its proper use and then demonstrated it in the offender's vagina. She visually examined the inside and proclaimed that everyone had to take a good look, to see something very rare on our campus, an intact hymen. After all the students got a good look and made some uncomplimentary comments about the offender's sexual prospects, the instructor brought the hand-held camera in to document the offender's virginal condition, and her current state of nudity.


The instructor then continued lecturing the offender about neglecting her duty to her fellow students and the program, while removing the speculum. She directed more students to provide the offender with one last ice water clean-up, with others to dry her. Then more students were selected to apply baby powder all over the offender. The instructor now brought out an old fashioned triangular cloth diaper - adult sized. With all the students giggling and outright laughing, the instructor expertly diaper the offender. She was then given her blouse, skirt and shoes to put on.


The final message of this special examination was that if the offender ever missed another special exam, she would be sent home wearing nothing but a pacifier and diaper.
