Not sure I can answer all your questions but I will try. Well the manager was employed by the company some 12 years ago directly as the manager. She was grabbed about day three and had the shaven/unshaven check. She told me that she knew about this initiation because the previous manager who was a friend going off to have kids had told her about it. The girl who does the driving who has been here 16 years says that the collar and cuff and shaven/unshaven was done on her. No one else as been here longer to say how it started.

The birthday suit check grow out of the odd birthday present stripping. It eventually became established as something everyone got about 10 years ago. Going commando started as an occasional dare then was transformed into what you did at official team parties. Official team parties are those held once a month for morale building and to celebrate any event that as occurred in that month like birthdays. But also used at parties for welcoming new girls or leaving duos, or hen nights.

I think the other strippings could come about of their own accorded but I think with having the initiation that made them more likely.

Hotel streaking was started by one of the training demonstrators when she was just a normal demonstrator. There is a group of them called the hotel group. It contains 4 girls including my friend. They streak every new hotel they stay at with work. We tend to use the same hotels a lot, but when a new one is used by any of this group their must streak it. The streaks can be as simple as dash across the corridor, or running down the corridor, to doing a tour (going to various locations in the hotel), on at least one occasion running around the hotel. This group have done other streaks as payment for bets or just sheer daring. They included a dash around the office rear car park, a run from minibus to office, a run around minibus parked up at a lay-by or service station, and runs in each others gardens or in the street.

I would say that myself, the managers secretary and one of the training demonstrators are stripped the leased. We are okay about it but don’t really like it so keep out of the way. The hotel group are not so much into being stripped by others but they will streak. The other training demonstrator and another girl who’s been there 8 years like to be stripped. They both try to avoided being birthday suited and run around to be caught. The others just except the situation. Neither like nor dislike. I would say in terms of strippings outside the initiations and birthday suits about 4 to 5 per year. New starters occur about twice a year. Our group of 10 starting together was unusual. Normally its just 1 to three girls. Besides the manager, there’s the driver and three demonstrators, then 3 full-timers, and three regular part-timers, then they are the comers and goers as we call them some full-time some part-time. Average length of stay around here is 2 years. You tend to get to see one birthday sometimes 2. Plus may be a hotel streak if they are willing to travel.

We’ve never had a girl really fight at any of the collar and cuff events. You can tell if they are okay about it but not into it. So you’d not target them for other strippings. The birthday suiting is often the one that will be avoided. But must are talked around. Interestingly must of the girls who are at first reticent about it tend to encourage the stripping of others.

Yes, the manager is a great sport. Recently we had to go to a new town to do a demonstration. When we arrived at the hotel it did not come up to its picture or description. We looked at the manager and she said “I’ll make it up to you later”, the driver said “Oh you will be christening the halls for sure”. After we’d gone and set up and then had a meal we gathered outside the managers bedroom. The driver knocked on the door. “Who is it” “Just me!” “Just you or is there a party”, “No just me” The door opens and we push in. The manager is just out of the shower so it didn’t take long at all to get the towel from her to have her naked. We then bundled her naked out of her room making sure we had her key. We had her walk with us to my room since it was the furthest away. On the way there she tried her best to walk so that we shielded her. It meant walking down the corridor to the stairs at the end then down one flight to the next floor then along the corridor in same direction to a landing which was down a few steps then up again to my room. I would say it took about a minute to a minute and a half to do it. Once at the other end she was sent back by herself to get dressed.

Oh nearly forgot. Yes, certainly others have told their husbands about going commando. I’ve only ever had one comment which I took to refer to going commando. I’d been given a lift with another girl to a party. Her husband said have you left something behind as well as I was getting out. I then noticed the black silk on the under-dash. I hadn’t noticed the other girl remove them but the blush on her face said she had.
